In this month’s salon, we will discuss tools to aid you in looking at your children and students with non-judgmental honesty so you can cultivate a learning environment in which they are seen and heard, thereby actualizing their potential.

When we see children for who they are and not who and what we think they are or should be, we not only honor their individuality, but we are able to tailor how we help them instead of applying a cookie-cutter panacea.

When you apply the Framework, you hold space for their wholeness, being receptive and directive to their needs as they arise and in a way that applies to the individual child and situation.
